SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERY
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and tracking number.
NATIONAL ORDERS
- Free Shipping to major SA cities, if the suburb is spelt correctly by the client for the system to recognise the suburb and mark as ‘free’.
- All orders are dispatched with our couriers and arrive within 2-5 working days (for main cities in South Africa) provided that the product is in stock and is not a “pre-order” item.
- For outlaying towns a charge of R115 is charged and delivery times are 5-7 working days (longer for farms with no road name and recognisable plot numbers).
- You will be required to sign for delivery. We suggest providing a daytime address where someone will be able to sign between 8am and 5pm.
- If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left with someone at the property who will be required to sign e.g. staff.
- Every order has a tracking number, which can be used to trace your parcel online.
- We unfortunately do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- International deliveries will be quoted for individually. Please contact info@lalalandtribe.com
- Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility. LALA LAND takes no responsibility for the parcel once it leaves South Africa.
- The shipping cost explicitly excludes any possible taxes and duties that could be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with South African export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product(s) ordered and to make them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
